About imec.scale-ups

Europe is an attractive market for tech scale-ups interested in expanding abroad, but the internationalization process can prove to be quite a challenge. When entering a new market, many scale-ups struggle because they do not have access to a local network, lack market knowledge or are unfamiliar with EU business culture and legal requirements. Imec.scale-ups offers an intensive 8-week program – including mentoring, coaching, workshops, networking opportunities, practical support, etc. – to address these typical pitfalls.

Understanding your new target market is essential. That’s why – in addition to personal coaching and mentoring by our experts – we offer specialized workshops on topics such as EU business culture, tax and legal requirements, privacy regulations, local funding opportunities, etc.

By participating in the program, you will become part of imec’s unique ecosystem. This has two main advantages: first of all, you get easy access to an extensive network of potential partners, investors, or clients. Secondly, we also have a wide variety of in-house expertise and technological know-how that could help you further enhance your competitive edge.
